Return & Refund Policy
PhotoCart products are custom printed after order confirmation. Because each item is personalized, returns and refunds are allowed only in the cases listed below.
Return Eligibility
Custom printed products are non-returnable except when the item is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Wrong item delivered
- A manufacturing or printing defect
Claim Window
Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. To process a claim, the customer must provide:
- Clear product photos
- An unboxing video showing the package opening and issue
- Order ID and registered phone number or email
Not Eligible For Return Or Refund
- Customer changed mind after ordering
- Wrong photo uploaded by customer
- Wrong size, frame, or material selected by customer
- COD refused at delivery
- Wrong or incomplete address
- Customer unavailable for delivery
Refund Mode
Approved claims may be resolved by replacement or refund, depending on the issue and verification. The design processing fee is non-refundable.
COD Orders
COD orders may require an advance payment and WhatsApp confirmation before printing. If a COD order is refused or not confirmed, PhotoCart may cancel the order and mark the customer profile for risk review.
