To secure a booking for our professional photography services, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total service fee is required at the time of booking.
The full remaining balance is due strictly by the delivery day of the final digital or physical assets. Delayed payments may result in a delay in product delivery.
PhotoCart.in and its photographers retain the full copyright of all images taken. We reserve the right to use any images for our portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Client License: Clients are granted a personal use license. This allows for printing and social media sharing for non-commercial purposes only.
We understand that plans can change. To move a booked date without penalty, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours notice may result in the forfeiture of the deposit or a rescheduling fee.
Digital previews are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. The full edited gallery or physical prints will be delivered within 2-3 weeks, depending on the scope of the project.
